"Building a Business: Legal Series for Business Owners" Schedule & Registration Announced

The Nebraska Enterprise Fund and SourceLink Nebraska, together with partners from NBDC, MAC, GNWBC and Greater Omaha Chamber, has worked to coordinate a monthly hybrid series for entrepreneurs and business owners presented by Cline Williams. This hybrid series will be held in person at Nebraska Enterprise Fund (2112 N 30th St, Ste 103, Omaha, NE 68114) and virtually at 5:30 pm over the course of the next year. The sessions schedule is as follows:
January 17: Business Formation - Which Structure is Best?
February 21: Operating Agreements, Partnership Agreements, & Other Key Documents - What Do I Need?
March 21: Banker, Accountant, Insurance, Legal (B.A.I.L.)
April 18: HR For Small Business 1
May 16: HR For Small Business 2
June 20: B.A.I.L.
July 18: Contracts - What Do I Need Before I Sign?
August 15 - Legal Pitfalls of a Small Business - How Do I Stay in Business?
September 19 - B.A.I.L.
October 17 - Trademarks, Copyrights, Etc. - How Do I Protect my Creative Assets?
November 21 - Digital Security
