NGage has actively controlled the Hickory Industrial Site since 2020 and has been developing the area into a location suitable for a biogenic industrial site/industry. Its 260 acres of green space offer enough room for any project without sacrificing biogenic design. Its access to road and rail enables efficient transport of biofuel precursors, waste, or finished products—even at industrial scales.
