City approves energy agreement with Radiant Tech

The Beatrice City Council approved an agreement with Radiant Tech, LLC regarding use of electrical energy at the Tuesday evening meeting.
Radiant Tech, LLC purchased real estate in the Gage County Industrial Park in October 2023. They provide colocation data services.
City Administrator Tobias Tempelmeyer said the agreement sets the rates for energy usage and amounts of electrical demand Radiant Tech will be provided.
