NGage Works to Secure Grants for Housing in Gage County

Gage Area Growth Enterprise (NGage) is committed to finding housing solutions in Gage County. With funding assistance from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA), NGage completed a housing study for Gage County in 2016. The findings demonstrated a need for new construction. In response to the study, NGage worked with local developers to address housing needs. Since then, several housing projects have been completed. By this method, NGage can stay on top of community needs and successfully address them.

In addition to promoting local development, NGage can help local homeowners identify programs and resources.
