E-Energy Adams became the first ethanol plant in Nebraska to install a “Whitefox ICE” system, a technology that allows producers to reduce energy, operation, and maintenance costs by simplifying production. The result of the $28 million expansion is increased capacity from 50 million gallons to 80 million gallons since their opening in 2007.
