The City of Beatrice and Gage Area Growth Enterprise (NGage) are collaborating to redevelop The Paddock Kensington, a former hotel in downtown Beatrice. Set at the corner of Hwy 77 and 136, the building could potentially be a mixed-use location with pedestrian access. On the upper levels of the hotel, the building could serve local residential needs through a multi-family housing unit. On the ground floor, commercial properties could thrive from pedestrian traffic.
