That’s no surprise: There’s a universal appeal in nature that seems to put us in a positive and healthy frame of mind.
At least, that’s how we see things here in Gage County, Nebraska. We’re steeped in the beauty and natural history of the Great Plains. Regional parklands like the Big Indian Lake recreational and archery area, Rockford Lake, Homestead National Monument and Rock Creek State Historical Park nearby, make this a paradise for outdoor recreation.
